Jacket Potatoes

These potato varieties are all excellent for making jacket potatoes.

  • KING EDWARD - white/pink skin, oval shape, with whitish pink flesh (not recommended for salads)
  • NOOKSACK - russet coloured, oval with white flesh (not recommended for salads)
  • RUSSET BURBANK - russet coloured, long with white flesh (not recommended for salads)
