Potato Salads

These potato varieties are all excellent for using in salads.

  • BINTJE - cream, oblong with light yellow flesh
  • PINK FIR APPLE - light pink, cigar shaped with cream flesh (not recommended for boiling)
  • NICOLA - rich yellow skinned, oblong with yellow flesh
  • KIPFLER - yellow, cigar shaped with light yellow flesh (not recommended for frying)
  • DESIREE - pink, round with pale yellow flesh (not recommended for frying)
  • DUTCH CREAM - rich yellow skinned, oblong, yellow fleshed
  • BISMARK - creamy white, long-oval with white flesh (not recommended for frying)
