Potato Salads
These potato varieties are all excellent for using in salads.
- BINTJE - cream, oblong with light yellow flesh
- PINK FIR APPLE - light pink, cigar shaped with cream flesh (not recommended for boiling)
- NICOLA - rich yellow skinned, oblong with yellow flesh
- KIPFLER - yellow, cigar shaped with light yellow flesh (not recommended for frying)
- DESIREE - pink, round with pale yellow flesh (not recommended for frying)
- DUTCH CREAM - rich yellow skinned, oblong, yellow fleshed
- BISMARK - creamy white, long-oval with white flesh (not recommended for frying)
