Mesculin

A wide variety of salad and vegetable leaves are grown and packaged at Houston's Farm, Cambridge, in southern Tasmania and are widely available throughout Australia.

Abundant pristine water and rich alluvial soil provide ideal year-round growing conditions. The leaves are harvested in the coolest part of the day, washed within minutes of picking in temperature-controlled rooms to guarantee quality and excellent shelf life.

Season

All year round.
Seasonal special salads include winter and Christmas salad mixes, sorrel salad and cress salad.

Selection

Choose from packaged mixes of baby Mediterranean leaves, baby Asian vegetable leaves, baby spinach, rocket, spinach and rocket mix, red and green butter leaves, mesclun, arugal rocket and wild rocket.

Storage

Refrigerate up to 3 days.

Lodaded with vitamin A and also high in potassium.
