Carrot

Tasmania's temperate climate, long growing season and rich soil result in our carrots being the sweetest, juiciest and best keeping carrots available anywhere!

The Nantes variety of carrots is almost sausage like in shape, with just a very small taper at the bottom. They have a small core, are wonderfully sweet and tender and have a smooth skin. Kuroda carrots are deep orange and cylindrical with a smooth skin and, because they are tender and juicy, they are a great choice for juicing or eating. Imperator carrots are popular due to their deep colour and abundant juice
